Templeton
Actor / Singer / Performer

About Me
Nathan Templeton (He/Him) is a Boise-based actor, who captivates audiences with his dorky, expressive dimpled smile. He is a proud BA graduate from Idaho State University. Templeton is a singer, dancer, and a powerful actor. From Sondheim to opera, Shakespeare to Chekhov, he has done it all while leaving his signature perky, lively, and neurotic stamp on his characters. He has been recognized by multiple organizations for his accomplishments in performance, including individual awards from the Kennedy Center for his standout performances as George in Sunday in the Park with George, Lenny in Marisol, and Le Prince Charmant in Cendrillon and was awarded a scholarship from the Kennedy Center to study at Open Jar Studios in New York City.

Idaho State Journal
"Urinetown"
"Nathan Templeton’s performance as Bobby Strong is a standout. His specific and committed physicality is perfectly in sync with the show’s tone: he’s dead serious about being incredibly silly, with never a knowing wink to the audience. It’s a riot."

Idaho State Journal
"Marisol"
"Templeton manages to be both uproariously funny and deeply unsettling as Lenny in a performance that's a real tightrope walk."
